Apartment building design remodel project is completed remodeled by the A-cero Architects. They have completed remodel an apartment which located in Galicia, Spain. Based on the furniture and its decoration picture, this apartment has a modern interior design.
Apartment remodel is completed achieved by the A-cero Architects in Galicia, Spain. This apartment project is a duplex apartment integral alteration in a block of the flats in a residential area of Galicia. Because they live in Madrid, the property has this housing in the city for sporadic stays as a second residence.
With two apartments in each floor, it is a duplex apartment which is occupies the last two floors in a block of the flats which has 4 levels. Which has for about 30 years of antiquity, this block is placed in a residential area of the city, it is following the typical 80s urban development plans which are projected in the Spanish cities.
With an obsolete aspect, this duplex apartment has not been reformed for years since its acquisition. Which are damaged and also accumulating and suffering later decorations and small reforms, it has the clichés of a property of that period in its finish and furniture.
There is a peculiarity which necessary to preserve; some blinds in the building front with the big slats, which in the beginning it is supposed a problem with the light. Then, an integral reform is projected. In order to improve every aspect such as distribution, light, design and solution, the property is needed a radical change for the apartment. The result proved to be a really satisfactory.
Apartment Building Design Interior
With covers area for about 250 square meters, the apartment has another peculiarity in its access which takes place from the high floor. In this floor, the architect have a big receiver which is already indicates the intention of the reforms in the rest of the living space.
This apartment only has few pictures in blue and gray tones, with a proper format according to the design of the rounded architectural forms painted by the painter Mercedes Rodriguez. Together with a gray silk carpet which is also a particular form and a few shining steel balls of “A-cero in”; it is breaking the monotony of the dominant white color.
In the false roof an opening allows the owner to see the natural light through an already existing fanlight. This wide entrance hall distributes, on the one hand, the most public area, composed by a big dining room and, on the other side, a courtesy W.C, a bedroom in suite with a finished bathroom that can be for guests or for service and the kitchen. On the opposite side, there are the sculptural stairs that will lead us to the most private stays.
