Bar Interior Design
The seating moulds into the walls and then onto the ceiling. Inside this bar, the color palette is deliberately stark. With certain facets, the monotone of the copper and the dark champagne are offset in bronze mirror.
In keeping with the aesthetic of the outer shell, the sofas, single sweaters and tables are angled and faceted. The luxury of padded fabric softening the sharp edges of the faceted walls. From within translucent resin strips, the silvers of the dimmable led light are emanate, it is moulded on the edge of all the facets. The pre-programmable led light has the ability to change color altering the mood of the space.
On the triangular wall behind the DJ counter, the prism like projections is played there. The flooring is seamless, a bronze vinyl, and the ceiling reflects the same faceted shapes as the walls. The intent was to evoke the feeling of being inside the heart of a diamond. The concept thus interprets the central theme of the hotel and the design brief the Nizam of Hyderabad’s jewels in a completely abstract and futuristic way.
