Beach House Entry Side Architecture Design
Beach home design is completed designed by the architect Javier Artadi . This beach home design is located in Lima, Peru. A modern house design which covers area for about 348.00 square meters located in the shore of a beach is progressed in 2011.
This beach home is precisely located at 125 kilometers from south of Lima city in a beach which called “Las Palmeras”. By the architect, this beach home is organized into three levels: the first level inside this living space is contains all the service areas, garage and the guest rooms; the second level of this beach house is comprises the house principal rooms; then the last, the third one is intended to be the social areas such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace and the swimming pool.
Beach Home Design Building
The principal figure which seems to be wishing float over the other levels of the living space. The underlying conceptual proposal seeks to reduce to the minimum the architectonic shapes and forms so as to concentrate all the sight-seeing force on the upper volume.
This beach home design is conceived as a contemporary living space architecture design. This roof deck is enabling the architect client to enjoy the panoramic views of the beach or enjoy the wind of the beach which is blows strike to this living space. The wall of this beach home design is fully constructed by stone. This stone wall is added a natural looking for this beach home design.
On top of the roof deck, a swimming pool is placed for pleasure. The access to the next floor, the staircase, is placed in the side of the house. This also viewed from the outside through the glass window of this living space.
