The Blaas General Partnership Entrance Hall Architecture Design
A great building design which is called the Blass General Partnership is built in Bolzano, Italy. This building design is completed designed by the Monovolume architect. In this new head office, the company is presents its new product range and it is offers a repair service. The Blass Company which is based in Bolzano is specialized in the electro-mechanics. The sales division section is placed on the ground floor of the company building, while the exposition area and the repair shop is located on the first floor of this building. On the second floor of this building, all of the administration offices are located. The overall impression of the structure is a homogenous and closed the building. Nevertheless, there exist a separation between the public and the private sector. The client can perceive this clear and the formal internal division already from the outside.
A maximum of the visibility and the transparency to the exhibition and the sales area are provided by the glass facade which is located on the Northern side. Which are protected by the sun screening system, the private spaces such as the repair offices, stockrooms and the offices have their facades which is exposed to the South, East and West. In the building, there has been created a luminous entrance hall in the centre of the building with an inner courtyard, it is in order to establish an optimal relation between the natural light, development and planning of the spaces. This green open spot permits the administrative sector of the second floor to receive ample natural light and at the same time it generates a protected, quiet recreation area for the staff.
