A nice interior design is completed designed by the architect MLK Studio interior designer for the Brentwood Residence and a guesthouse. This interior design of a residence is the result of the collaboration between MLK Studio and Belzberg Architects, who have designed the home in Los Angeles, California.
Those architects are asked to create a complete interior design scheme for a 10,000 square modern main residence as well as a 2,000 square foot guesthouse. Meg Joannides of MLK Studio is hired to design all the 10 bathrooms as well as the main kitchen and the guesthouse kitchen in collaboration with Boffi, in addition to the interiors. Much of the furniture of this residence is custom designed by the architect and it is fabricated at the firm’s trusted local Los Angeles workshops. The architect is worked with a neutral palette throughout the house, it is briefed thoroughly by the client, and it is skillfully mixing textures to create the depth and layers which are apparent in the sophisticated design.
To harmonize with the architect’s vision for the building, all of the materials are specified by the architect are thoughtfully selected. As well as the bluestone counter tops coordinate with the architect’s stacked bluestone walls, the walnut hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen’s palette of the calatta marble and high gloss cabinetry, as well as the master bathroom’s Turkish limestone walls and flooring underscore the client’s desire for a neutral palette. Which is collaborating with the architect, Hagy Belzberg of Belzberg Architects, the MLK Studio became involved in the design development stage. The architect’s involvement in the Brentwood project also included the attendance at weekly site meeting during the construction; it is lasting approximately in 3 years, as well as meetings with all consultants such as the architect, landscape architect, and the lighting design firm.
