BUMPS building is unique apartment design in Beijing, China. It is have constant and characterized variation in black and white in square shape level model. Bumps building have designed by Sako Architects for mixed use residential and commercial area which will be a landmark to the further development of the surrounding city.
There are some photos of this modern contemporary building design below. Every two flooes of this building are sets a unit, and every unit is staggered by 2 meters horizontally and the resulting set-back areas being used for terraces.
