The Casa S Modern Living Room Interior Design
A modern contemporary house design which is called Casa S is located in Bariloche, Argentina-based is completed designed by the Alric Galindez Architects architecture design. The building construction of the living space design is a result of several stone boxes which is piled up on the side of a sloping area. In each one of these are cases points and frames as outstanding views. It is where the owner can find the Catedral, Otto and Ventana mountains, as main characters of the landscape which is seen from the inside. The space inside the house can be divided in the different zones; it is because the space is organized well, depending on the number of the persons which are actually using the place. The living space design can be used by areas during most of the year, the smaller homes inside the big house for the single couple trips or for the groups of friends in the leisure plans or even both of them are happening at the same time. These variety of the layouts is transform the inside life of the house, growing, changing, adapting, evolving.
To keep a coherent language with the harsh and the wonderful surrounding, the architect used the local stone materials, they trying to create an idea which the house is always there, just as another rock or an unnoticed natural feature. The snow seasons is reinforcing the idea. A white vast dominating view, only a few mountain peaks appear in dark contrast and the house always there. On the access level is found the social area, it is dominating the best views which is captured by the white calm boxes from the inside which opposing to the overwhelming exterior. The master bedroom and the guest’s room share this level too, each facing a different mountain, in this surprising kaleidoscope of sights.
Which is shaped by the land slope, the rooms for the kids is placed on the ground floor level, it is creating a different situations and the volumes, and the two level loft, due to a sudden depression on the terrain is becomes the boys master space. While as an extension of the deck, a sinuous wooden stair is guides the architect to the last box; it is resting a few steps below. A sightseeing Jacuzzi offers the best sunset views of lake Gutierrez, and below the wooden deck, a warm gym and a sauna complete this relax an inspiring lookout, in an ideal mood, slightly above the Patagonian valley.
