Hi guys! Today I have an interesting review about bar interior design which is located in Moscow. This bar has elegance and classical in its interior style. The unique is the architect designing this bar from an old building, this is a renovation project. Well, if you feeling curious yet about this bar then see below for more completed information!

This bar was designed by the architect Peter Kostelov, Alexey Rozenberg, Anton Grechko. It is located in Moscow, Russia. The renovation was completed in 2011; it covers area for about 300 square meters only.

Talk about this bar building history, the building was constructed in the 18th century, but this building was completely burnt out in Moscow fire in 1812. And from the destruction, there is only stone part of it which safe. In the end of the 19 century, the wooden part of it was restored. Then in 2011, a completed restoration was finished, together with renovation of the inside rooms of the building.

The floor areas of this bar of all two-level premises make up nearly 300 square meters. The entrances located on the first floor. There, on the first floor is also existed the cloak rooms and WC. A stair case leads to a second floor where three halls linked to each other are located. On the hall area exist the main bar, small bar and chill-out. The three main halls are located in two separate buildings and it has different ceiling height, different year of construction and different architectural style. Two historically interesting fire places in the very center motivated the designer’s solution about the main hall.

About the art idea which is applied in the bar interior, as the part of the premises is historical object, a number of restrictions were put on design-project. Based on the picture which I had inserted in this post, we can see that not only fire places which were fully restored, no change was allowed about such objects as color of walls, parquet design, shape of cornice, historical bricks.

The necessity to keep the image of the main hall and absence of other restrictions as well as customer’s wish-all these indicated our approach to search art image. As a result quite free way of interior finish without focusing on special style was agreed.

The stair case was changed dramatically: conventional parallel flights of steps were transformed into composite directed upward. In this bar, the chill out is designed to similar principles. There is no surface boundary that is they are made of the same material-concrete slaps elbowing on different levels. Tectonic concrete slabs resemble classical Roman architecture. Some elements are exact replicas of fragments of some orders, cornices and friezes. The intervals between them are faced with steel metal striate.

The amazing one of this bar is located in the lower part of dome to which a stair case is directed is shaped as huge lightning fitting which illuminates the under dome space. Lightning fittings are made of 600 sewer pipes of various diameters. Inside each of them a LED illumination is set.

Well guys, this is truly a cozy bar which provide an elegance atmosphere inside, I love it. Ok I think its up, have a nice day!
