Recently I have got the information about a home design called the Endemico Resguardo Silvestre, a contemporary home design. This living space was created by the architect graciastudio and Arq. Jorge Gracia. This contemporary living space is precisely located in Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, Mexico. Just additional information, Valle de Guardalupe is a Mexico’s Wine Country.
This living space is a set of the twenty independent rooms of twenty square meters each, it s operated by Grupo Habita, a design Hotels member; established within a surface of 99 hectares, part of the Encuentro Guadalupe development, which includes a winery as well as a residential area. As part of the philosophy of the project is to respect the nature in every possible way, it is one of the principal premises not to interfere directly the land.
Which is elevates the skeleton of the room, availability of the steel by the architect client lead to the design of the structure with his material. The skeleton of the room itself is called the EcoLoft, this is installed intended to avoid contact with the soil. The employment of corten steel to cover it, which over time changes its color, achieving harmony between the environment and the building. The approach of the design of the room comes from the concept of a “deluxe” camping house, covering the guest’s basic needs, being in contact with nature and the environment.
