Contemporary Residence Architecture Design
Contemporary residence which called Harrison Street Residence is completed designed by the architect Dawson+Clinton. This residence is a multi-unit building residence which located in San Francisco, California. This living space project spent 3 years to complete.
This multi-unit contemporary residence project is claimed as a definition of the urban family living building. It is called the multi-unit contemporary residence because the property contains two innovative residences which is filled with the upscale materials and it is finished which elevates the space beyond the function, it is also creates a seamless integration of the indoor/outdoor living space.
The architecture design of the multi-unit residences is based off of Paul and Rebecca’s family needs for their two young children which in 3 years and 5 years old, their children need the exercise, an outdoor space and the ability to have fun in their daily activities. The architect client always active of being a parents, their daily needs are not unique in this day and age where an urban setting is offers the different take on child rearing.
The commonly urban living with a family doesn’t let itself to bike riding or skateboarding on the street out front, so the architect making sure there is an enough outdoor safe place for the architect’s client’s children to grow and play, which is important for their daily life. In addition, the architect created the roof deck to provide an adult area to entertain their friends and enjoy the warmer weather in this part of the city.
Contemporary Residence Architecture Design
This contemporary residence interior design is an open, airy and bright space, designed by the architect. This space is showcasing the modern design, but it is not sacrificing the contemporary residence function. To provide the residence building durability with two young growing active kids, the architect has used the high end building materials; it is including the stainless steel. Play a skateboarding inside the house is absolutely abandoned by the parents, but kids will be kids, by the architect, the open plan allows for everyone to do their own thing but still connected at the same time. This architect achievement is very important for his client who wants to allow their kids the ability to grow and develop individually but within a safe environment.
