A five start hotel, 90 luxury residences, a standalone office building and an 80 meters steel suspension foot bridge project named Crystal tower is built by vivid architect. Which is based in South Africa, precisely in the Cape Town, SA. This crystal towers project is designed as a building which emits a constant life, energy and glow. The site is occupies a strategic position in the concept of Century City, cape town and this development is seen to play a new important role. An iconic landmark building which would integrate, influence and generate the future planning.

The three building is developed by the vivid architect that comprising 180 main 5 start hotel, 90 luxury residence and a classed grade commercial office space. The development of those building is spread, which is good to create the impression of a collection of building. The project is built with a common idea but it distinctive identities. The two towers which are sharing an integrated, dynamic and permeable base of the public activity is the formal concept both of the hotel and for the apartments, with a cantilevered suspended poll box in the middle of those building. An internal pedestrian street is the focus of this base; it is conceived to encourage a social hub of activity.

The idea of the two towers is allows the function which is Cleary expressed. The hotel tower is a curtain wall facade which is to reflect a slick contemporary experience while maximizing the dramatic elevated view of the Table Mountain and The Table Bay. To form the balconies weather protection, the residence is having a more sculpted facade. These two facade treatments are controlled and contained within two equally sized projecting aluminum frames that give the building an overall symmetry. As a place has developed from an artificial style, unrelated to time or context, and presented various design, Century City is challenges and complexities. Crystal Towers endeavors to re-invent and challenge the established precedent within this newly constructed environment.
