Hi guys! Nice to meet you again! Yesterday I have talked about a modern residence, now in this moment I would like to inform you guys about a spa interior design. Raise your hand for who loves to going to the spa! Well if you feel curious yet about this modern spa, then give it a break!

Completed designed by the architects MATALI CRASSET, this luxury spa architecture design was located in Naftah, Tunisia. It is really a modern and luxury spa design which located in a perfect place which support atmosphere to build a relaxation space. Oh I almost forget, this luxury spa is called the Dar Hi spa.

The space which called Dar Hi is neither a hotel nor a classical spa, but it’s more a place where you can experience the withdrawal and benefit from a spiritual thalassotherapy a few hours away from Paris and in the middle of the desert. This spa space has a new concept of eco-retreat after the experience of the HI hotel in Nice, this spa is the result from the collaboration between matali crasset, Patrick Elouarghi and Philippe Chapelet.

The architect literally raised a citadel from the sand; it is dedicated to the well being. There, you will find a composition of the elevated which is houses that constitute the Dar HI as a small village which is protected by the surroundings walls. I can guess that the overall architect’s architectural goal is to give a strong proposition while in harmony with the natural site and the local life. Dar HI’s main colors are ochre and sand with a comprehensive choice of body and spirit care within areas that are private or communal, a pool, a restaurant and a Spa.

Guys let me give you a clue here, to access this Dar HI Spa, you have to walk towards it and this is the beginning of your stay. The car has been left further from the house. A discreet door leads you to imagine that you walk in a private house. The entrance, a corridor, a ramp is the last stop where you leave your “codes” at the exterior. You take off your shoes and wear babouches (Tunisian slippers). You are at home. As you can find in the traditional foundouks, Dar HI is a house in which the stays are prolonged, at the opposite of short stay tourism. The organization of the areas favors the different possibilities to either share moment with other people or to be in a calm retired place to rest. The guests can do as they please according to their wish.
