Although this house designed in modern and contemporary detail, the house still classically warm and comfort in the execution.

Beautiful and vast view is the basic concept design of this house. Wide Low-E glass in the south facade give lot of sun and wide view. In the top floor you can found kitchen, dining and living areas that have beautiful Long Valley Caldera and White Mountain view. FSC Certified Mahogany and Travertine in the interior detail make durable warm space in the harsh winters. Top floor soft backlit mahogany escalate the stars view at night by reducing glare on the windows.
This house built sustainable from the design to construction phase. Selected California clear heart cedar chosen for the exterior siding because its natural, rich color, local sourcing, and the cedar natural ability to deter termites and restrain fire. The modular house frame was custom designed for allowing process construction completed within the short summers and give benefit to the environment by reduce waste and material. The interior also touch by natural finishes, Low VOC interior paints reduce toxic for the interior. The most comfortable and efficient heating method, individual thermostat from hydronic radiant floor was installed in every room.
