A nice house project which is designed by the architect Javier Artadi is involves a single-family townhouse in an Encantada, it is a suburb which is located in Lima shoreline. This house design is nourished with the purpose of seeking the strongest relationship between the property’s constructed space and its indoor garden; it is given its sub-urban nature.

A compact space design is thought to contain the program such as social area, private area, general service area, etc, it is for achieving those purpose which is intersected by a folded plane. Through a spatial round-journey of the single and double heights, this house architectural folding is intended; it is to connect the living space’s front garden with the indoor spaces. In this case, the simplicity of the major volume space is altered, but at the same time, it is enriched with spaces which are connecting it with and freeing it from the green area surrounding it.

House Architecture Design Interior

This house design project is precisely placed on a corner; it is set within a two-storey volume. Which can be seen from the main entrance, the services area such as the bureau, social area (living-dining room), kitchen and other services area are found on the first floor, the stairs, placed in a double-height space. These lead to the second floor where the living space’s more private areas are found there, it is including: the main bedroom, 3 bedrooms for the children and the family room. These spaces are connected to an exit to a terrace with a view to the back garden.
