Nice living space project is completed designed by the Sequeira Arquitectos Associados Lda
in Guimaraes, Portugal. This living space project is covers an area for about 650 square meters to solve all of the requirement from the client as the owner of this house. While the site area is unfolding for about 1018 squares meters.
By the architect, the house will have to be spread over three floors in order to adjust about 10 meters in different height between the extremes of the longitudinal field. The landscape near the living space is so nice. By the oriented to west and with a large panoramic through the city of the Guimaraes, it will make a sense to use this attributes to favor the social and the private areas which is exploring the natural light and a view from this privileged orientation.
The larger enjoyable area of the plot is placed on the ground floor where the client can find the living and the dining rooms, the kitchen and the pool deck which always with the possibility of the merge the interior space with the outer space by moving the sliding doors. The middle floor of this living space project is the sleeping rooms and the highest floor is works likes the main access to the living space. Here the office and an outdoor balcony which enjoys the best view of the whole building.
In the surroundings and the interior courtyards transform its mass in contemplative zones, the dark gray color is applied to the building volumes fall it.
