The Concrete House Sculpted Wall Design
A contemporary concrete living space design is competed designed by the A-cero Architects which are based in Madrid, Spain. The architect is presents a reform project of a house on the outskirts of Madrid. The architect is reform a project of a house on the outskirts of Madrid. This living space project is intended to respond to a customer needs in terms of the contribution, placement and the surfaces. Which is willing to 3 different levels, the housing is developed on three levels. In relation to the needs of the property to adapt to an average gradient field and turning the main rooms of the communal areas of the development, it has sought the perfect functioning of the housing relation, it is looking for a better use of the viewed and use of the free plot surface. In this house design, concrete is the materials of the facade. The access to the basement can be done either from the main area of the house or from the garage directly. The owner can see two areas, it is the swimming pool, sports facilities, relax and movies, while the area of service work is resolved by giving the direct access from the garage and connecting it to the ground floor with a staircase which is landing in the dealer’s work area. The storage is stand without the direct lighting and ventilation. It is located in the central area and connected to the garage.
The hall-dealer is located on the ground floor. It is provides an access to the housing and communicate the two distinct areas by an imaginary axis which is running from east to west, which one is the noble zone and the other is the area which is complements first one and gives way to the doorsteps through the main rooms as the bedroom, living room, dining room and the office. The additional rooms, bathrooms closets, pantry and kitchen found on the opposite side of this imaginary. Which is linked to housing from the main pedestrian access section of the house, the sport facilities are completed on the outside with a paddle court.
The pergolas from the porch are made using light weight, solid slabs and on the top of these by metal structure with steel. The upper floor is visually connect with the lower floor by a double height in which you will find the bedrooms, reserved for distinguished guests, giving them more privacy, with respect to the 3 bedrooms belonging to the family and linked to a library-office and lounge. The formal solution has been the result of an aesthetic look for categorical volume playing with their own heights and shapes and the surrounding environment.
