A house refurbishment is completed designed by ARQUITECTURA-G , it is under the crew of Jonathan Arnabat, Jordi Ayala-Bril, Aitor Fuentes, Igor Urdampilleta. This living space is located in Barcelona, Spain. This refurbishment for a house which covers an area for about 34 square meters is held in 2010-2011.

A load bearing wall in two rooms of similar size is divides the accommodation of 34 m2 and 4.5 in height, it is located in El Born in Barcelona. By assuming this separation, the housing project is divided into two areas. The first of it is consists of the kitchen and a mobile cabinet which is operates as a bar, kitchen side table and the dining table. Which is improves the electrical installation and use the television to spread beyond the mere fact of cooking and eating, it is a social area linked to the driveway.
However, the second stay is responds to the needs of a greater degree of privacy, it is why the space is fragmented into the different trays which living space the program in height. It is providing a gradient of the intimacy without losing the visual connection between them. Which is occupies half the area of this room, thus the first tray is understood as an ambiguous space which is dressing room and the study area. The space for a bed is placed in the second highest one-quarter of the plant surface. While for the resolution of this scheme in height, which are particularly important furniture. It is adapting to the different places which is meeting the urgent the need for the storage and the connection and the relationship between the levels. In this living space, neglecting current standards of habitability and the construction is gives each area the necessary scale for each item and use the appropriate features. Depending on the size and the privacy which required, the spaces are formed and the wealth is given by the relations which are generated between them. For this reason, rather than speaking of the space “up” or “below”, so the architect can talk of “space between” or “spaces next to”.
