A stucco wall living space design which is called the La Vall de Laguar House is completed designed by the architect Enproyecto Arquitectura - Sergio García-Gasco Lominchar, Jorge Cortes, Borja García. This living space architecture is based in La Vall De Laguar, Spain. This simple living space design is precisely situated in a village which is perched on a mountain which overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This site location is not easily accessible, full of cherries and it is open views.
La Vall de Laguar House Living Space Design
For the architect, the planning regulations only allowed a small building to store the agricultural tools not exceeding the 25 square meters and a buried cistern to water of 50 square meters. The primary space of this living space design construction is becomes in this case in a living room and the kitchen, and upon it, it is taking an advantage of the height permitted, one bedroom. In the lower section, underneath, it is occupied by a studio, one bedroom and a bathroom. The two large skylights is allow the incoming daylight, it is to allow the lighting of these underground spaces while on the surface these two skylights are becomes in seats.
One of the side walls gets thicker to accommodate the storage spaces, cupboards and the fireplace, leaving the rest of the space released. It is achieve to simplify the distribution of such a small space. The exterior of the living space tries to blend with the environment, it is uses the local stone laid dry which is following the construction system of the stone of the retaining walls of the terraces in the area.
