A tall skylight shafts and inset porches on the lower level where the primary living space are located, it is created by steel and glass partitions, bring the diffuse light deep into the space. The upper level of this loft interior design project is treated as a series of galleries; it is including a black box theater for video art and a soaring 18’ tall gallery which is created by cutting away the existing concrete structure of this old 1920s building factory architecture design. Then the raised volume of the tall gallery, clad in corten, is a spectacular space for entertaining the loft owner. These entertaining achievements would be founded on the landscaped roof level.
