Neil Architecture has completed designed a contemporary luxury home design which precisely located in Blackburn suburb of Melbourne, Australia. The architect design concept is developed in response to the challenge of inserting the two residences on a single block in an established suburban street without the ubiquitous symmetrically garaged frontage in homage to the car.
The project sought to sensitively as a rejection of this prevailing model, it is provides a high quality which is infill development as a modest and discreet intervention to the streetscape. Which serves at once as a party wall and boundary identifier and as an anchor grounding the dwellings and holding them in the landscape, the key element in the development of the concept is the rammed wrath wall.
One of the architect primary aims is the development of a sensitive typology for the urban consolidation in what is an established outer suburban fringe setting. The lack of defining boundary elements along the street preserves the original landscape features and serves to unify the streetscape appearance and reinforce the prevailing neighborhood character.
Luxury Home Design Interior
This living space architecture design structure is dominated by the wood materials. Concrete element just appears in certainly spot. The combination between bright color and the wood natural color which comes from the materials and the furniture adding a warmth and comfortable atmosphere.
The living space is surrounded by a stone wall with a walnut color. A swimming pool is designed in the backyard for pleasure. It is a perfect home design which created by the Neil Architecture which play in a strong focus on design excellence. Challenging and functional!

I like the outdoor sitting area. entertaining guests out there would be nice. Being able to sit on the long bench as well as next to the fire with plenty of room to spare for easy movement of people.
