Have a luxury and comfortable home is a people dream, moreover if you are a busy person who’s very busy about your daily activities, home can make you feel better by staying there. Here I have a luxury home review, one of the great home which you ever seen.
This beautiful luxury home is called the 72 Sentosa Cove Home design. It is created by the ONG&ONG Architects. Based on the other information, this living space is located in Sentosa Cove, Singapore. Privacily, I love this home design, more over the architecture and the interior design. I feel calm just by see the house image.
By tapping on the available natural resources, this living space can endure the tropical climate with the minimal environment impact. I think, by the architect this living space is made up for four levels home. Each level catering to the family’s various social and entertainment needs while also accommodating each member’s individual various social and entertainment needs, while also accommodating each members’ individual need for solitude.
Based on my opinion, in view of the house’s close proximity to the neighboring units, achieving the space maximization and the privacy are also factored in to this design. As the result of the architect work, it is the internal spaces which are face inward into a multifunctional courtyard which acts as the circulation pivot, light well and the ventilation exhaust, while also serving as a visual focal point. A natural means for the additional privacy provided by the dense foliage.
I really wanted to stay there. The building’s slimmer east and the west facades are contrast to the wide-open north and south ones. This thing regulates the natural lighting and the wind ventilation for the efficient thermal circulation. The additional skylight openings are generates by the pitched roof with its series of repeating slopes. A nice living space I think, isn’t?
