By G.Lab*, this Casamoro Condominiums is designed in three units and all of this unit are precisely set on the northern bank of the Han River. Each units are provides the views of the river and more specifically, each of these units are corresponds to a specific terrain feature on the opposite bank.
The parking space which is placed on the second level of the Casamoro Condominiums, it is immediately offers a pleasant view of the river. This condominiums unit is elevated above, it is allowing for added the privacy and enhanced the views.
Modern Architecture Design
On below side, the floating units reveal a communal cafe space with the access to the waterfront. The secure of the privacy for a personal and intimate leisure are provided by the orientation of the individual units and elevated presence.

For enable the panoramic views of the Han River, the facade of the condominiums are settled by a large glass window in each units. The tall concrete pillars are used to support the building and the upper deck which is also used as the place for enjoying the River Han panoramic views.
This architecture design, include with the units architecture, is constructed from a concrete, it made the architecture looks massive and solid architecture design. At night, a blue spotlight spot the upper concrete deck, its color is different from other lighting which is used by each units, make it feel different than the other. Nice condominiums!
