Modern contemporary interior design project which called the Weekend Retreat and Spa Bali is completed designed by the AB Concept. The architect is a Hongkong based. W Retreat & Spa Bali – Seminyak is precisely located in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. Seminyak is a region which is a mixed tourist area on the west coast of Bali just north of Kuta and Legian, and originally a separate township, this region is now just another suburb of Kuta. Many spas and hotels are found at this region, one of the interesting spa areas is this project.

Modern contemporary interior design spa which is found inside this weekend retreat and spa is more likely decorated and fulfill by an ethnic culture of Bali and Indonesians. For this interior design element, the AB Concept interior designer used many natural materials such as wooden materials as a furniture interior design and interior decoration design, black stone and marble stone. The combination among them creates quite comfortable places which strengthen the natural atmosphere, suitable for a spa and weekend retreat conditions.

Modern Contemporary Interior Design Spa

In the backyard of this spa, there is a pool which surrounded by vegetations and a stone wall. An interesting vegetation plant which called Kamboja tree is also planted here. When its blooming, beautiful white flower which has a yellow spot can decorate this pool, adds quite amazing natural atmosphere. From the contemporary bedroom, the clients are able to see a beautiful Kuta Beach. At the bathroom area, this classified as a semi open bathroom design which decorated by a sculpted roof. An outdoor dining room is placed near the family living zone.

At the entrance side, an ethnic roof design is welcoming the clients, it’s quite a beautiful ethnic pattern called contemporary batik. A unique contemporary showcase-like wall is installed in the receptionist area of this spa and weekend retreat design. A unique showcase-like which totally black stone constructed, is also appearing in the staircase of this spa. There is two choices of massage area for the client, in the outside (on the weekend retreat and spa side terrace) and on the inside (which is surround by a stone wall construction).
