The Laidley house located at San Fransisco infill lot, this house is a single family residence that have more than 3000 square feet wide. This house designed by their owners, Jim Zack and Lise de Vito, they now live with their two children in this house. This modern contemporary house designed by their company, Zack / de Vito Architecture. Lisa as the lead designer and the construction completion helped by their companion, BuiltForm Construction.
Modern contemporary laidley house have three bedroom that have great views of city, the bay bridge, and the bay. The house was built with green concept using appropriate systems and materials. Using low toxic materials, rapid renewable, photovoltaic electric and solar hydronic systems. The great inoovation construction is a panelized framing systems that assembled in 3,5 weeks and made from 90% of the framing produced off site.
