The Broadway Residences Outer Dining Room Design

The great project which called Broadway Residences is completed designed in California, USA. This project is constructed by the Stephen Vitalich Architects. Which developed as a small lot subdivision, the project program is called for four loft style single family residences. This architect program is consisting of an open plan first level with the double height living space, large kitchen, dining area, powder room and a service porch. While the second level is consist of a master bedroom suite and the two smaller bedrooms with a bathroom and office/study. All topped by a 500 square foot roof deck with outdoor fireplace.

The materials which is used by the architect such as wood, stone and steel. Each character is gives a clean and modern space. The volume of the house is divided into three levels. The first is for the kitchen, dining room, a small living room, wine cellar and a laundry. The long space is opened by two of their faces, into a small stone patio. The site keeps good lighting and ventilation, which in turn generates a feeling of spaciousness.
