Modern home design is completed designed by the architect Arch11. This nice living space is located in Boulder, Colorado. The architect succeeded in designing the modern contemporary interior design for this family living.
The architect is asked by their client to designing this nice living space. They tasked with designing an authentic minimalist interior for a speculative living space which is purchased by their client.
A two-story red glass stair enclosure contrasted the monochromatic palette. It is a formal sculpture in the space which provides a haptic experience playing with one’s sense of color as you pass up or down the stairs. This staircase partition is very attractive. The architect has an impressive idea here to achieve this decoration by using a red translucent glass partition.
On the main dining room, a translucent green glass chairs are placed in this area. Combined with the dining space lampshade, these chairs add a contemporary atmosphere inside this space. While in the secondary dining room, its located in the kitchen itself, its table is made from the solid wood.
On the bathroom area, a large glass window is installed to enable the client to enjoy the view from above.
Modern Home Design Concept
To facilitate an overlapping of the spaces and provide the connection to the north and south yard throughout the public spaces, the walls are removed by the architect. The surface treatments delineated by a play of tone and texture, rather than color. The walls are white, whether plaster, glass or casework.
The polished concrete floor surface transforms to become the fireplace wall; the polymorphous material remains the same, only the surface texture and tone change. A formal language of overlapping horizontal planes establishes a design language for stairs, hearth, and kitchen and breakfast room table.
