Piracicaba House Living Room Interior Design
Modern home design which called the Piracicaba House is completed designed by the architect Isay Weinfeld. This house is located in Piracicaba, Brazil. It’s a large living space architecture design which covers area for about 2,000 square meters.
Isay Weinfeld, a house designer, is finished designed a nice modern living space which called the Piracicaba House. This living space is located in Piracicaba, Brazil. This is a gateway house which is erected in the city of Piracicaba; it is 250 kilometers away from São Paulo.
Precisely sited on that location, this living space is intended to serve as a meeting point for a family who’s the members are scattered across the various cities around the state. This living space is a large architecture design, its covers area for about 2,000 square meters (21,500 ft2). Its land is resulted from merging 2 corner-lots in a gated condominium.
Not only did the position of the living space take into account the sloping contour of the land, but also its orientation (North), as to provide the bedrooms and social areas with the best possible sunlight.
Modern Home Design Architecture
This modern living space is consists of three floors which is arranged in perpendicular axes which allows the displacement to be overcome naturally, and it makes the garden accessible from any floor.
The lower ground, semi subterranean and positioned in the lowest level of the land, it is parallel the contour lines, houses the storage areas, the mechanical room and garage which is standing on the grid pillars.
The services area and the lounge/dining room are housed by the ground floor which is laid out as an L and accessible from the street through an S-shaped ramp. The latter is fully encased in glass, on one side overlooks the back portion of the land and merges with the pool deck through wide sliding doors; on the other side, is shielded from the sun and secluded from the street by a long sun baffle made of large vertical concrete slabs, unevenly placed along the whole facade.
While about the upper floor, it is a volume which stretches perpendicularly to the contour of the land and that, at the end, it is cantilevers towards the street, and at the others is planted on the higher section of the land, it is houses the bedrooms and the den, the latter opening onto a large wooden deck, build on the ceiling slab over the lounge/dining room.
The swimming pool is snug in the nook of the “L” which is formed by the social and service areas, and the slope rising to the higher sections of the land.
