Modern home design is completed designed by the architect TEd’A arquitectes. This modern home design which is progressed in 2004-2010 is based in Mallorca, Spain. This modern home is fully stone facade. It’s the attractive of the contemporary design.

During the construction, when one strolls for this neighborhood, the architect notices the opacity of the living space which is constructed here. Those are stony, tough constructions, with a rocky feeling, opaque and close to the street. The living space rough walls are splashed of tiny openings. It is almost impassable walls. The first will of the project which becomes detached is sustaining the opacity of this new building towards the street of this early reading.

For this modern home project, the wonderful sights which the plot has towards the west have been another starting point. The sights and views which surround this living space are not meant to be missed. From anywhere the sight can be lengthened much further than the horizon, the site claimed as a watchtower. So, the architect strategy is served the living space which does not want to look at the street, but wants to look at the landscape.

Decrypted by a concrete box, this living space building is characterizes itself as a frame, as a shell, with one side totally open, but a jealousy of the vertical pieces of the sandstone will protect for us of the sun. The openings will be scarce towards the street, and then towards the sights there will not be obstacles. So this new living space is portrayed as a simple, opaque and strong and geometrically clears the volume.

Modern Home Design Courtyard

The inside of this living space is becomes complex, unfold, luminous, open and clear, in contrast with the outer simplicity. As it is happens in the house-palace of Mallorca-copies of the ancient palaces of the Florentine merchants, the structure is dominated by a central courtyard, of square projection. This living space courtyard is open to the sky and to the external views. This living space is turns around this courtyard and on it.

This home courtyard is sculpted in the blind volume which the architect has described at the beginning. This courtyard is a courtyard which is splashed by the light. The architect has found the hanging gardens. It is a big porch which is accompanies their arrival. The inside is the sculpted. The entries of this living space are determined. The different visions are multiply.

Until the nine meters of the total height, the space is expands. It is unexpected entries of the light. Cut perceptions of the courtyard. The vision is in diagonal. The space gives to the whole building a fantastic character -of fantasy-, imaginary, something unexpected that arrives like a surprise.
