There is a great challenge for the architects to design this house, because it must adapting in a narrow lot in residential area, Londrina, Brazil. The house partially lowered to the social area, it is recedes about 5m from the street, its take advantage of natural characteristic of the land from the neighbors. The house receding give own advantage, lots of natural light to the living space and privacy bonus in the social leisure area.

This modern contemporary house hide their functions, make it look impressive and serene. This modern building partially separated by a large wood box. In the book one there is a stairs, the main entrance on one side and on the other side is service area entrance. Because the doors structure have been wainscoted, the doors become concealed in the composition. This contemporary home garage has a slope from the main street, the garage floor entrance paved with stone structure, gives an elegant impression.

The main material for this house use stone, wood and masonry work make this modern house conspicuous from the other. The house main structures designed and built with concrete and metal material. The main social activity area decorated with aluminum and glass and has integration to the swimming pool. The large brick pillars sealed with a material that abundantly can found in Brazil, the sisal rope. The building designed in a linear form. All the bedroom in this house have French windows overlooking the spacious area. The home theater above the garage give the couple good privacy.
