This house building is precisely stands on the borderline between the wheat and the residence area. Based on the client order, they want the living space is divided by their mother’s room, but they hope to hear their mother’s voice in an emergency and see the wheat field and hills in their life. By the architect, this house is designed to be parted in three pieces and piled those pieces. In the third floor, the client is able to find the fine view of the environment. In the second floor is consisting of the individual room which consists of a bedroom, library and so on. While in the first floor is the client’s mother’s room, since there is a convenient for their mother. The staircase is pierces between the three floors, but the gratings is covers the stairwell in each floor. The people can join in one each other in another floors with the sounds is through the gratings.

The grating itself is able to steer the sunlight. Every times which draws a pattern on the wall, the light is turned. Where the inhabitants are able to see this change. Although there are only the field of the wheat and the low buildings, however, the client request that the floor space needs to spread as large as the three stories house. By comparing the building and the neighboring scenery, the atmosphere of a three stories house is too tall and the sense of it is being too large. As a result, it is breaking the mass of the building to the three parts.

The architect is separates the volume into the three boxes and then piled these. The largest volume is expanding the image of ears of the rice and resolve with the projection. By changing the proportion of the stripe, the people can have the different images in all around it. It aims to give feeling such as to stick a print paper on the outer walls. That makes the part not coercive. As the result of its, the building shade in the scenery which is gives the building a mild sense.
