Recently I have searched information about a home design and then I have got one which impresses me. This home which called the Zwei kleine Häuser is a small home design which was completed created by the architect Architekturbüro Scheder. It was located in Hohenecen, Germany. Completed in 2011, this small home design has a modern appearance.
The place where the house sited, Hohenecken, is a suburb of the city Kaiserslauter (Germany). There the two small houses close an empty lot. For the primary structure of the houses, the architect uses a combination of prefabricated wood frames and solid wood board ceilings.
Those houses are turned down; it is in order to allow for a scenic view on church and old castle common principles for single family. Living room as well as kitchen is located on the upper floor. Bathroom and three rooms are located downstairs. The layout is characterized by a central staircase which in combination with translucent polycarbonate panels separates the different rooms. This detail also ensures optimal light distribution within the houses and creates fluid space boundaries.
The elegance of the house can be viewed from the outside area, you will see that this house was painted in black and this is so cool and elegance. The window and door frames are painted in white, a contradiction color between them, its create a modern and calm feeling. On the inside you will see a wooden floor is used to decorate the home. The natural color which comes from the wood floor adds a warmth atmosphere inside the house.
