Sandar House site plan architecture design
The Sandar House which is Indonesia based, precisely located in Duta Bintaro, Tangerang, Indonesia, is constructed by Atelier Riri. The house which is constructed in 2008 has the constructed are for about 58 square meters and the site area for about 130 square meters. For more information about this building bellow!
This sweet house which spent approximately of $ 11.200 is stands on a five-square area. Its saving conducted by adding the pattern of the space which is still used the former building’s module structure, the ceramics former the tiles former and also the bamboo materials and the dominant exposed cement. The building is renovated which covers an area for about 36 square meters and 58 square meters. While in the main entrance, the orientation has been modified into the side which is the gardens, can be more enjoyable.
The house itself is so small, so the interior decoration of this house is arranged to save the space of it, which is intended for. For example, the unification of communal spaces likes the living room, dining room and pantry. It’s creating a built-in cupboard which can be considered to safe as well. The former living room is modified into a master bedroom, there private area practically concentrated in one area.
