Hi guys! I would like to review about a modern school architecture design which is located in Canada. This is a truly modern College architecture design. A comfort feeling fulfill this school building. Well guys, if you feel curious yet, then give it a break!

Recently I have searched a modern school and I found one which attracts my eye, this college is called Sault College Academic Building. This modern school was completed designed by the Architects Tillmann Ruth Robinson – Scott Robinson. It was located in 443 Northern Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. The project completion was finished in March 2011. There in 443 Northern Avenue, this school was covers are for about 75, 000 square feet. Can you imagine this modern school building which spent budget for about $21,000,00?

This college, Sault College, has embarked on the construction of a new campus building for the first time in decades. This college also had a clear idea of the role of the new Academic Wing in physical, economic and social transformation of the campus from the project start. I think that this college building is both an iconic campus gateway and a precedent for the future building, open and public spaces, movement and land use, given the highly visible location. The nbsp; result is a strong physical environment that speaks to the life/learning experience of staff and students, as well as the financial and strategic goals of the College.

The new Academic Wing also provides much needed formal commons and administrative social spaces and gathering places which promote causal sharing of ideas and boundary-crossing. Besides, it housing the core components of this 75,000 square feet academic building, including a new entry and exhibition hall, 17 state-of-the-art classrooms, aviation and natural resource laboratories, a 100 seat lecture hall, 8000 square feet of interactive learning commons and administrative spaces.

This modern college understands the value of design in competing for the best and brightest minds as the fastest growing College in Ontario. The modern, leading-edge facility shows a physical commitment to the surrounding community; more importantly, it sends a strong message that Sault College is ready to invest heavily on its most important resource – its staff and students.

This building is positioned as far north on the campus as possible to ensure visibility and create landscaped spaces between existing buildings, and I think this college was located to take advantage of the major traffic route on Northern Drive. This strategic position speaks to the importance of the facility’s identity as the new front door to the campus.
