The beautiful living space project called Querosene House is completed designed by the Brazilian architect grupoSP. The living space project is taking a location in São Paulo, Brazil. The location of this living space project is lies in three meters below the street level, this is the challenge for the architect as the designer to construct the comfortable living space project. The typical conformation of the urban batch 10×40 meters is enabled a large open space. This large open space is straight forward and it is transparent.

By the north face structure; this space is defined in one side. A parallel free wall which is houses a library is containing a 7,500 volumes and on the other side by a parallel block, an all closed space, a block with the three stories which is contains all the services, equipment and the dormitories. Concrete stairs is positioned parallel to the south limit of the bath to access the block, while to access the wall of the books metal platforms are connected to the service block which is placed in an interleaved manner.

Besides as a challenge, the site location which is lies three meters under the street level is becomes the main point. The design is takes the advantage from the difference between the street level and the lower level of the plot. It is by positioning the living room in this lower level which is ensures the required privacy and maintains the view of the distant landscape through the void.

This simple living space project is adopts the simple constructive solutions. It is reducing the required actions for the achievement of the project design. The structure of the volume is resumed to masonry walls and reinforced concrete. The installation is apparent and the performed is without the interference. After it is finished, it is resulting a simple thing such as the monolithic concrete flooring and the white Portuguese Stone. The walls without finishes are ready as it built. A single exception such as the wall with books, is finished with time and history
