The office building is located on the outskirts of the city which is full of unpleasant industries bloc. Arrangements make this project a milestone for the fight against ugly scene. The architect decided to demonstrate that it is possible to make a nice box, and the idea came from a process of deconstruction through the Cartesian box, and then considering the major functions such as box and play with their composition, the architect put them to the project site. The result is proportionally spaced, where the full structure is displayed and cold steel striking an interesting combination with the wood to walk way suspended and also for the facade panels.

This project aims to optimize space, reduce cost, time construction and at the same time ensuring that it is environmentally friendly, well-integrated with its surroundings. This can only be achieved through skin solutions.The energy efficient design of the building looks from outside like the modular composition of glass and white surfaces, carefully designed in accordance with the functions and needs.
A double-height area welcome visitors at the entrace where meetings are integrated into the block-block service, a suspended staircase connecting the ground floor with first floor walk way suspended, made of wood that marked the area on foot from the office space.From in, in withdrawn by the outer frame modular like paint, outside the park on the other hand aims to provide gentle landscape around it – creating a personal space where the users of the buildings can benefit from.
