The Lake LBJ Retreat which is located near the Marble Falls, Texas is completed designed by the Dick Clark Architecture. It is for about an hour from northwest of Austin. This site is precisely located in Peninsula. This site is served as a private fish camp since during the second half of the 20th century. The architect client is decided to create a new space which is supported their evolving lifestyle after they spending some time in an existing house on the land.
The crucial thing which is influences on the project’s design development is the wind pattern and the existing tree canopy. A connection within the outdoors is encouraged by the exterior circulation paths and separate living space. The project materials which have chosen by the architect is include cast in place concrete, wipe siding and Rheinzink metal siding.
