Which is based in Singapore, a project called The Meera House is completed designed by the Guz Architects. This project is precisely located on a new housing estate on the island of Sentosa adjacent to Singapore. From upper view of this incredible house design, it is look like an oasis; it is because this house roof is totally covered by a green grass and several trees. This is originally the architect idea to cover it with a greenery thing.
Inside this house is placed an amazing wooden staircase shape which is hanging across the house, it is completed with a glass edge. In the lower level, installed a glass wall which able the owner to see the bottom of the swimming pool. The interior design is constructed by concrete and wooden materials. It is very exclusive and luxury living space design.
The plots are small and the neighboring buildings are built close to the sides of each house. The architect strategy is to build a solid wall to each side neighbor, it is to provide the privacy where possible, and while creating a central light and stair well which would funnel the sea breeze through the middle of the building. To have visual or the actual access to the greenery, the front and rear of the building meanwhile, terrace back is allowing each storey for it. The intention is to try to allow each roof garden provided a base for the storey above allowing the layered effect to make each storey feel like it is a single storey dwelling which is sitting in a garden as much as the architect can do in the close confines of Sentosa Island and with such a large building.
