The residence called Ravine Residence which is located in Toronto, Canada, is completed designed by the Hariri Pontarini Architects. With carefully choreographed openings which is addresses the public street while maintaining the importance of the domestic intimacy and privacy, this residence is employs two volumes. The back of the house is takes the advantage of its ravine setting with a design of the transparency which is maximizes the natural light, it is also provides the natural landscape vistas. The house is underscores the client’s desire to create a generational home, it is by employing a vocabulary of enduring materials of French limestone, roughcast stucco and the teak windows.
The spacious inside living space design project is looked modern, contemporary, and the important one is luxury. A swimming pool is existed in the backyard which is surrounds by a spacious green grass yard. From the upper deck of this house, the owner can take a fresh air and enjoy a panoramic environment. In this section, this deck is using wooden materials as the floor covers.
In the front building section, the house is looked so elegant. It is achieved by the house facade itself which is use the stone as the main materials. In this facade, a vertical window design is designed there. It is a comfortable living space design. Two thumbs for the architect!
