A multi-fucntional building complex is best called for this great and impressive hotel. The Proposal of South West Hotel is based in Beijing is made  by the Henn Architects who had become the runner-up to  participate in the international competition for this impressive project, amazing

The next to the center of traffic juction on the West Fourth Ring Road and Lianhua Road in Beijing will be a best place to build this project. The South West Hotel is intended to be a hotel, trade center and an office. This hotel will be very comfortable place because it’s green landmark to the city of Beijing.

The Five-star South West Hotel can accommodate 340 rooms. The support facilities for this hotel is very complete, the conference room and a multi-function hall for the example. For the trade center its include street shops, flagship stores, a department store,  cinemas, restaurant, club and several cafes. And the office is intended  to rent for a short term of high end enterprises.

All of the support facilities will be locate arround the south west hotel central courtyard peaking.  Because of its location which is based, the south west hotel will be a green oasis in this sector for a customers and guests. This Hotel is a best place to take business because the various programs and its location. Great!

The building envelope is caused by the different about space quantities between the exterior and the interior. The inner façade appears open and transparent. The balconies and the outdoor gardens is formed by the horizontal bands, it will be a best place to exchange and relaxation.

The outer facade is built in two multifunctional skin layer which is cosolidates the great program behind the homogenous huge scaled surface. The  surface will be the screen for the media and for installating of the light during the day and the night. A matrix of LED light units supplements and surrounds a central high-end LED screen displaying the advertisement. The low resolution media installation (LED lights) works as a visual amplifier augmenting and abstracting the commercial content over the entire building façade. Very nice light concept!
