This living space is designed by AGi Architects which is based in Bnaider, Kuwait. This living space is a beach house concept which is nestled into the landscape and blends with the natural topography of the coastline of Kuwait. As it is approached from the desert, it is slowly unfolds itself to the visitor. Upon to the entry of this house, one gets glimpses of the sea whilst going down to the public space of the chalet.
The house is extending into the landscape and the sea on this lower level. It is accentuated by an infinity pool in the garden. The private side of the house which is located on the lower level is concealed from the visitors by a bamboo wall. From the daily activities, the bedroom and the living spaces are remaining isolated from it. At the center of the building is placed a three-way stair which is organizes the different flows of the family, friends and guests.
The ability to maximize views to the sea dictates the organizational and the formal structure of the beach house. The initial design is master planned for three detached dwellings. Each of the detached dwellings is completed with an extensive sea views while simultaneously achieving the privacy from one another. With the possible plans for expansion in the future, the client is opted for a single house, two bungalows and a boathouse.
