The living space design which is called The White Perrin house has completed design by the Dock4 Architecture based in Tasmania, Australia. This house project is situated on a steep site with sweeping views to the ocean. By the architect, this living space design is designed to make the most of its special context. From the every room of the house, views to the east are captured, while a 5 star energy efficiency rating is achieved through careful attention to the passage of the sun and high value double glazing and the insulation.
The wall which is surrounds this house is made from a glass facade, so the owner can see beautiful panoramic views of the environment. From the balcony terrace, the owner can breathe a fresh air. The interior design inside this house is almost entirely made from the wood, include the floor and the furniture. In the front part of the house is found a pillar which support this section, it is because this breath taking house project is perched on a hilly location. This beach house design is a perfect place to take a vacation after the bored and tiring activities. Nice!
