Urban Private House Large Glass Window Design
A great living space project which is called the Urban Private House is completed designed in Tel Aviv, Israel by the architect Chyutin Architects. This living space is a private residential house which is a conversion and renovation of a three-storey apartment building typical of the common construction style in Tel Aviv in the thirties. Which is originally contained five apartments, two on each floor and one is covering half of the roof, the entire building is converted into a family residence.
With the wide is overlooking the yard surrounded by a high fence, the ground floor is designed as a living room. The joint stairwell of the apartment building is left as it was. The apartment on the roof is allocated for the bedrooms and a small living room. The first floor of the living space is made into the son’s apartment and the studio. Except at the front, which is faces onto a public park, in planning the facade and the side the architects is aimed to minimize the number of the windows in all directions which is facing to the other house in the area. The planning of the façade and sides was influenced by the International Style typical of Tel Aviv architecture.
