The building is organized intro three-layer stacking (3 levels) coincides with the 3 zones of the main program of this program: Work, Life and Leisure. Logistics zone located on several levels. 3 layers are united by a vertical connecting core, organized around a light-well that goes from ground level up to the roof like on the office buildings pictures. Due to rich spatial performance and quality, this is the most important element of the project. The architects envision this area into a kind of interior pages, socially very active, with people from different levels interact.
The first level (ground) contains all the recreation area buildings, in conjunction with private garden and terrace at the back overlooking the golf course. Circulation spine connects the upper park through the building lobby. The second level contains the working area (office), including meeting rooms, projection room and a large area for lectures, large meetings, receptions and conferences that can be subdivided into smaller rooms. The third level houses the living room of the building. Master bedroom and guest bedroom are organized around a private patio overlooking the site. A large living room with space for dinning and lounge and wine bar is more organized around a public terrace overlooking the golf course. Regional logistics including kitchen center, storage zone, electrical and mechanical rooms are located downstairs. The kitchen has independent access and ventilation to the south. The main core of the building, containing the main staircase in the triple height space, the main elevator with the stairs (out) service and a toilet for every level.
The building is conceived as a monolithic concrete articulated with fenestration scale. Large glass panels stand in contrast to the heavy mass of concrete as a whole weight. Conversely, a small hole adds weight to the masses when it opens this form to light. Perforation of this approach integrates the relationship between structure, mass and light. The relationship was thus conveyed to the inhabitants of the building on the scale of the eyes and hands. Overall shape of this project is very important for us-need to communicate a strong identity for the company building that will house, as well as for residents who will occupy it.
